In 2021, our entire Production Design class of 2024 got the assignment to design, build, decorate and shoot 5 short films in a set with the nine of us.
We had to design and conceptualise a set with nine aspiring production designer where 5 completely diverse scripts could be placed in.
So over the course of a year, we came to a design, sketched it all out, made a 3D-model in SketchUp, build a maquette, build and decorate the actual set for a month or two and then - in groups of two - mold it with props and attributes to the 5 minute script we were gotten.
